In this Advanced course, you will learn how to measure habit strength using various scales. You will also learn how to capitalise on key moments of change to make forming new habits or breaking old habits even easier to achieve. Finally, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the major factors which influence habit.
As a bonus, Advanced Practitioners may include a personal profile on the Habit Change Institute’s Practitioner Directory.

The course is presented LIVE in an interactive classroom via Zoom by Dr. Gina Cleo. There are 4 highly engaging modules that are presented in 4 x 2-hour sessions over 2 weeks (total 8 hours).
The sessions run every Monday and Thursday at 9:00am AEST and are recorded for later viewing.
